Claritas Rx is a healthcare technology company focused on improving patient access and outcomes through data-driven insights. As the organization matured, its digital presence needed to do more than explain the technology—it needed to clearly communicate impact, authority, and value across the entire patient journey.

Launched in December 2025, the new ClaritasRx.com represents a complete transformation: from a static, technology-forward brochure site into a scalable, high-performing growth platform built to support lead generation, SEO visibility, and long-term brand leadership.

The Challenge

Claritas Rx’s previous website struggled to support the company’s next phase of growth. While technically accurate, the site emphasized features over outcomes, lacked flexibility for the marketing team, and provided limited support for organic search or conversion.

At the same time, the project carried real constraints:

  • A board-mandated launch deadline of December 31
  • Over 100 legacy content pages requiring audit and migration
  • A need to modernize the brand without disrupting ongoing sales and marketing efforts

The site needed to evolve quickly—without sacrificing stability, performance, or long-term scalability.

The Solution

We partnered with Claritas Rx to reimagine the website as a patient-first, performance-driven digital engine—one that clearly communicates value while giving the internal team full control to evolve the site post-launch.

The solution focused on three core shifts:

  • Narrative: From “technology-led” to patient outcomes and customer impact
  • Platform: From rigid templates to a custom, modular WordPress framework
  • Growth: From brochure site to SEO- and conversion-ready foundation

Website Strategy and Discovery

Our work began with a deep strategic discovery phase designed to align brand, SEO, and user experience from the start. This included:

  • Full content and architecture audits
  • Keyword mapping around high-intent biotech searches, including ownership of the “Patient Journey” term
  • Strategic consolidation of overlapping pages to reduce friction and improve clarity

This upfront strategy ensured that every design and development decision supported long-term growth—not just launch-day aesthetics.

User Experience & Content Architecture

Using the strategy as a guide, we restructured the site around clarity, flow, and speed to content. Key initiatives included:

  • Defining clear user journeys for executives, partners, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Auditing and migrating 100+ custom post types (blogs, resources, events) into a clean, standardized framework
  • Launching a centralized Resources Hub to support thought leadership and gated content

These changes created a smoother experience for users—while laying a strong technical SEO foundation for future growth.

Design & Development

Claritas Rx wanted a more modern, confident visual identity—and the flexibility to evolve it over time. We delivered a fully custom WordPress build designed for performance, usability, and control.

Key highlights:

  • Custom WordPress theme architecture optimized for speed and scalability
  • Gutenberg-based layouts for flexible, non-boxy design
  • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Pro to enable easy internal updates without developer support
  • Mobile-first responsive design tailored to busy biotech executives

The site was also built conversion-ready, with HubSpot CRM integrations, advanced search, gated resource downloads, and GDPR/CCPA compliance fully implemented at launch.

Collaboration & Execution

This was a highly collaborative engagement involving 12 team members across Claritas Rx and 3 Media Web. Over a 16-week timeline, the team managed:

  • 400+ project communications
  • 700+ feedback items
  • Parallel design, development, and QA workflows to maintain velocity without sacrificing quality

Despite the complexity, the site launched on December 22, beating the board deadline and entering the new year fully operational.

The redesigned ClaritasRx.com delivers both immediate and long-term ROI:

  • Sub-3 second load times, improving usability and engagement
  • A clean, scalable SEO foundation following the migration of 100+ content pages
  • Improved lead capture through strategic form placement and gated resources
